I had been looking for a reason to have folks over to the apartment (and on the roof) this summer and serve PB&B's. Lo/behold, the Sierra Leone Refugee All-Stars are coming to the park outside our window:

Luckily for New York City, I cover bacon with peanut butter and then I cook it grilled cheese style.
