(Relatively) Smart People Watch Fake News

America:
The six news sources cited most often by people who knew the most about current events were: “The Daily Show” and “The Colbert Report” (counted as one), tied with Web sites of major newspapers; next came “News Hour With Jim Lehrer”; then “The O’Reilly Factor,” which was tied with National Public Radio; and ush Limbaugh’s radio program.
This actually makes sense. With the exception of the for-real-news Jim Lehrer, these other programs all traffic in all-encompassing narratives. Say John Bolton does something notable: Each of these shows is going to use his actions to demonstrate what a principled diplomat/Yosemite Sam lookalike he is.

But you can't really rage at liberals elites/laugh at conservative insane people unless you have some idea of the major players.
